You can book our private dining room for a $200 per person food and beverage minimum spend (pre-tax/gratuity). Any difference between the amount consumed and the minimum spend will be charged as a room fee. For parties of less than 8 guests the minimum spend is $1600.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the reservation experience I had through your platform. I recently booked a table at Ixta restaurant for my son’s birthday celebration. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we discovered it was closed for renovations.
This caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as the restaurant owner seemed surprised that your platform was still accepting bookings for their venue. This situation not only disrupted our plans but also reflected poorly on both your service and the restaurant’s reputation.
I kindly request an explanation as to why the reservation was allowed and was not flagged as unavailable. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate action being taken to ensure this does not happen again and, if applicable, compensation for this oversight.
