"With a unique and enticing Japanese atmosphere, Ichie offers the opportunity to explore many premier sakes from Japan. Our server was excellent. We recommend the ultimate yakitori plate and the seafood udon. It is located inside an Asian mall with many shops and sweets.

Great little restaurant with a unique ambience and wide selection of foods. It's Japanese - Korean fusion and there is something for everybody, from soups to sushi and the quality was great.

Waitress forgot to put in 1 order while all the while we were waiting for it. Left and paid our outstanding when we were informed that waitress did not put in the order. Disappointed in the service.

Cute interior and fresh sashimi. Yakitori platter was perfect. Must try mentaiko cream udon and galbi chop steak noodle with soju cocktails.!

I've lived in Orange County for over 20 years, but it wasn't until I discovered OpenTable that I found out about the izakaya inside The Source Mall. It's not as expensive or fancy as Nobu Sushi, but it's a hip spot with a solid menu featuring sashimi, rolls, sushi, and yakitori—essential izakaya dishes. Given that many Koreans live in Buena Park, you'll also find some Korean-inspired items on the menu, like fried chicken with spicy sauce and bungeoppang for dessert. For a party of four, we spent around $200, including sake and highballs. We ordered sushi, sashimi, rolls, yakitori, bungeoppang, and sake. The servers were handsome, beautiful, friendly, and quick to respond to our requests. We'll definitely be visiting again soon.

Service was pretty subpar, some items were completely missed so we had to keep asking about them however all of the items were delicious.

It has good food. Ambiance is good, fun place & great head server. However, in terms of the order, I'm very disappointed that our server jotted it down on his notepad, but when he went back to put the order in, the order was missing 2 dishes. During the dinner, we only got part of the order and the others were finished with the dinner and the others were left with no food to eat & we ended up waiting longer and watching them eat in the end. Who wants to watch others eat and the rest are done?? It is our first time and we were excited to eat here. But that sort of left a sour taste. Also, it took long for the order to come in, seemed like it wasn't urgent anymore. Suggestion: if the owner could have been able to provide an iPad to send back to the kitchen to allow accuracy so the server wouldn't have the risk of getting the orders wrong / missed. They were apologetic in the end, but this I am hoping will be a criticism that the owner will take into consideration.
