It was an ok experience. From the photos I saw before, I imagined it would be something really cool and different, but it's nothing more than some photos hanging on the walls and literally two arcade machines that no one uses. The DJ plays 90s inspired music for a while then it switches to a lot of hip hop and people start to leave. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is ok but nothing extraordinary.

While great ambiance overall, the live singer mic was too loud to extent that we could not hear each other.

I love Jackie's and come often with friends. All waiting staff is lovely and amazing atmosphere. Great music and nice cocktails!

The cocktails were disgusting, and so was the pizzas. Nothing like advertised very quite we was the only people in there, we went because of the advertising on TikTok which looked epic and I can say it was nothing like this. If you want a quite night out with disgusting drinks then this is the place to go.

Great staff! Very kind and accomodating. Also refreshing to find a place that serves good quality drinks but does not horrendously elevate prices like many other bars do. Great value for money, will definitely come back!

Service is awful and slow. When we arrived we were left standing there unnoticed by staff until I just went to find our reserved table myself. Went up to ask for a menu to find that it was a QR code instead of the quirky menus advertised. Only had 2 of the pizzas from the menu available even though it was quiet. Left after one drink. Bar is lovely but was left disappointed. Would not recommend.

I booked a table for 4 ladies at 2pm. When we got there is was closed. No information at the door about opening hours. Nothing on their website either. Opentable had allowed me to book for 2pm. We moved onto another venue. I emailed Jackie’s who did email me back, they apologised and said they don’t open at 2pm but 3pm instead. They said they’d be back in touch, they haven’t. I would like to suggest they update their opening times or make it easier to contact them or have the trading hours at the door. The ladies and I were disappointed as it was my birthday celebration. I can’t rate the pub as we never got in.

We went for the drag brunch on the Saturday and had such a fun time! The atmosphere was great, the drag queen was a fabulous host, and the drinks were always flowing! The food was only ok - it was a pizza but I wouldn't say there's much of a variety as far as the food is concerned. But everything else more than made up for it and I'd most definitely still recommend going.
