    This was our first time at the new locations and it did NOT disappoint! Same great and courteous staff, excellent food - some old favorites and some fantastic new dishes, but kept their welcoming spirit in this new, more open space. Will definitely be back!

    Excellent dinner as always staff was prompt and very nice . New location is great more room than the old and the food and the service is as good as the original location. 5-Stars

    Great vibe, full restaurant, great service. The spicy chicken was fantastic as were the noodles and fried rice. Our server was fun and informative. Service is great and at just the right pace for the night.

    This is my first time dining at Jack rabbit Philly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My favorite dish was shrimp and garlic sauce. It was seasoned well, but not too spicy. Their new location looks great inside and out. The service was prompt in the waitress. Check the table at appropriate time intervals I certainly would return in the future.

    We used to love Jack Rabbit Filly we came at least once a month. This was our first time to the new location since it’s opening and we were disappointed. The new location does have a lot more room but it was insanely loud and crowded so hard to hear. The lighting was very dim and hard to see the menus. The karaage was still amazing as always. But several of our favorites were removed or changed. For example the potato and leek dumplings were our favorites and now they are completely different and not as great. The service was also extremely slow. We ordered at 6:30 and did not get our first dish until 7:40. Overall just a mediocre experience compared to our normal 11/10

    Very different Chinese experience. Food was OK-not great, but expensive. Fried rice was very good. Vodka Tonics were weak.

    First time in your new location and it won’t be my last. The service was excellent, the food was wonderful and and the atmosphere was very inviting and felt like a family gathering. As soon as you walked in the door the staff made you feel so welcome. Please pass along my congratulations to you team on making our experience such and outstanding night.
