    Baked potato was cold. Wine service was terrible. Server broke the cork and had to shove it into the bottle then still charged for corkage. Glassware was poor. Bananas Foster dessert was underwhelming. I likely won’t go back.

    Service, food, value, wine service everything was perfect. The noise level was high. Friday night one dies expect the volume to be up!!

    My daughter and I have returned over and over to JaK's for special occasions and for great conversations over a wonderful meal. Management and staff are always attentive and delightful. Highest possible praise for this wonderful establishment.

    Excellent food and attentive staff. This was my 2nd time at Jak's in West Seattle and it did not disappoint. I ordered the NY strip medium-rare and it was cooked perfectly. Excellent restaurant for a nice date or special occasion!
