Jaya（「勝利」を意味するサンスクリット語）は、The Setaiのインテリア・デザイナーとして知られるJaya Ibrahim氏と、創業以来10年に渡り成功し続ける同ホテルのアジア風のもてなしにちなんで、スタッフにより名付けられました。Mathias Gervais氏（エグゼクティブ・シェフ）とVijayudu Veena氏（エグゼクティブ・スーシェフ）が作り出すタイ風、ベトナム風、韓国風、インド風、中華風、和風の素晴らしい料理を提供しています。

                                                                I am a regular customer of the Setai and mostly go there for business meeting. Sunday I attended the brunch and it was very unfortunate to book a table for a jazz brunch and then hearing that a table outside in the patio was a 1 hour wait! And then being seated inside where the only thing you hear is people screaming. Not a note of the jazz. Paying the price to be outside yes, but being inside NO. Stop overbooking your tables at the same time slot!

                                                                The buffet itself is expansive and has a wide range of delicious food. The meat and fish to-order was great! We were disappointed because we were seated inside where the Jazz Band could not be heard at all. We booked this experience specifically for the Jazz Band as there are plenty of bottomless brunch options in Miami of similar caliber that are less expensive (Catch, etc.) In addition, the service was sub-par. We most likely will not be returning to Setai for brunch and will opt for other experiences.

                                                                The only disappointment I had was that I booked 3 weeks in advance & requested to be seated by the water to have a good view of the show but when I went I was seated inside far away from the water & the show. Besides that everything was perfect! The valet, the food, & the ambiance was a 10/10! I highly recommend.
