Jeffrey's Restaurant & Barは、1975年からオースティンで高級ダイニングを提供しています。2012年に大規模な改装のため閉店し、オースティンのプレミアレストラングループ、McGuire Moorman Hospitalityの指導の下、再オープンしました。ダウンタウン西部の静かな地区に位置するレストランには活気あるバーと3室の独特なダイニングルームがあり、乾燥熟成させたプライムステーキ、最新版の古典的高級ダイニング、地元の食材を使用したメニューを提供しています。プライベートダイニングが可能で、無料のバレーパーキングも利用できます。地元のカーサービスも提供しています。 Josephine Houseでは、ランチ、ブランチ、ハッピーアワー、ディナーのほか、月曜の夜はステーキ＆フライドポテトを提供しています。The Clarksvilleコテージには、コーヒーやカクテルが楽しめる小さな大理石のバー、居心地のよいテーブル席のあるダイニングルーム、日陰のパティオがあり、前庭の芝地ではくつろぎのひと時を過ごせます。シェフのAlex Manleyとチームは、地元の最高の食材を使用した多岐にわたる日替わりメニューを用意しています。

The food was excellent. The beverages were equally well-prepared. The noise level was high and prevented carrying out conversations, across the table. And the men’s table beside us was over-served and permitted to be much too vulgar. The service was friendly and skilled, but we were rushed a bit.

Outstanding food and service. We were in a quiet room, although the main room seemed like it would have been too loud. Pricey, but worth it.

A great dinner celebrating our 20th Anniversary. Jeffries always delivers on special occasions. Everyone from the valet, to hostess staff, to wait staff brought their A game last night. Expensive, yes, but very worth it to have a very memorable meal to celebrate. Beautiful done! Thank you.

Amazing service! Only downsides were that we were pretty cold as the place is not really made to keep you warm when Austin is in a freeze… Although the food was really good, we felt like the prices didn’t reflect the quality of our dishes. Very pricey.

Excellent food and service. Sat at the bar, wonderful ambience, bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend the croquettes, the scallops, and the duck breast. Can’t wait to go back!
