Want to broaden your knowledge of rum? Book in for a Tasting Bench Experience, available on the hour every day between 12-6pm. You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

    Fantastic experience. Very inciteful in the best possible way. Had an early booking on a Sunday, which meant we had the tasting table to ourselves. Absolutely brilliant.

    Wonderful Sunday outing. Jimmy with his introduction was outstanding, lovely fella. Staf were impeccable. Can’t wait to come back. Hats off to all . What a great job you all do. Kind regards Belinda 😀🥃

    Most of the food was amazing, some just wasn't for me, but thats not against Jimmy Rum. Learning through the tasting was my favourite part.

    My group had a fantastic time at the Rum Tasting Experience. Kip was fabulous describing the processes & introducing Rum to us. He made us very welcome & had the group intensely involved with the all the technical knowledge & Rum tasting. Thank you Kip & crew for an outstanding service.

    Such an amazing experience. James really loves his job and that came through in his tasting session. We stayed for a bite to eat after which wad lovely. Found the floor staff a bit pushy with getting us to buy food and drink, but we get it, gotta upscale!! Bought a few bottles can't wait to crack into them

    A fabulous venue for a group of people. The tasting was exceptional. A real education in the art & history of rum. Atmosphere was great, very inviting. Food and drinks were pretty good too.
