1985年2月にカントリークラブプラザのすぐ西にオープンしたJJ’sは、カンザスシティでも最も長い間営業を続ける独立したレストランです。現在JJ’sは48丁目とロアノーク・パークウェイの交差点にある新しいポルシネッリ・ビル内に位置しており、屋内の無料駐車場を併設しています。 JJ'sはザガットサーベイにより「カンザスシティのトップレストランの1つ」と評されました。当店は、大好評の前菜パコ・シュリンプや新鮮なシーフード料理のほか、いつも人気で、市内最高級のステーキとして知られるJJ'sプライドなどの現代的なアメリカ料理を提供し、皆様に愛されています。 鮮度を保つため、多くの食材は地元産のものを使用しています。1500種類以上のワインを取り揃え、ワイン・スペクテーターによる受賞歴のあるワインリストが食事を引き立てます。また、バーでは様々なリキュールや、スコッチ、ヴィンテージのポートワインを取り揃えており、カンザスシティで最も優れたスタッフが提供します。

They are featuring the Montepulciano grape, which is the second most planted red varietal in Italy. Long considered an affordable but delicious everyday drinking varietal, Montepulciano is beginning to experience it's "day in the sun" as many discover the high end producers of the grape, such as Il Convento, featured at our dinner. Come discover your next favorite Italian wine! First Course Vermentino Shrimp Scampi Jumbo tiger shrimp atop house made linguine tossed in vermentino, butter, garlic and tomato. Paired with Badia di Morrona Felciaio Toscana Vermentino Second Course Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad Purple and green butterhead lettuce, sliced fresh strawberries, chevre goat cheese, and toasted pine nuts drizzled with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette. Paired with Marcantonio Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rosé of Montepulciano Third Course Braised Short Rib of Beef Braised for 4 hours with fresh herbs and wine, accompanied by creamy leek risotto.                   This is a favorite quiet spot for a job candidate interview. Today met all expectations. Andrew has been our server the last two times and does a wonderful job. He's there, pleasant and helpful when you need him and not in the way when you need space. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always!

                  We were pleasantly surprised that the noise level was low enough for us to carry on conversations during dinner. The food was wonderful, as usual. Our waiter was awesome. JJs is our favorite restaurant in KC, and where we take guests from out-of-town.

                  What a fantastic anniversary dinner we had this evening! Our server was so sweet and attentive, the glass of wine was wonderful and the calamari is our favorite in town. We had filet and lamb chops - those chops are absolutely to die for. Our cocktails were tasty and we had such a nice time. Thank you all!
