Celebrating my fourth 100% Pinot Noir Masterclass Tasting! It proves time after time to be very popular…I have had so much fun sourcing some stunning Pinot Noir wines for us to enjoy and discuss…all new wines and as near as possible I feel a representation of this ancient grape …whose early budding & thin skins makes it a temperamental grape however when winemakers harness the magic of Pinot Noir ..and its ability to reflect the terroir it’s grown in - this humble grape creates wines of incredible complexity and elegance that just keep giving…sublime.
What you’ll be tasting…
We start with an Aperitif - sparkling Swiss Pinot Noir and travel through the countries where Pinot noir excels ..taking in Germany, Austria, Burgundy, Switzerland, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, California, Chile, South Africa and our very own Fulham! Some iconic greats, older and younger vintages…Pinot Noir at its best…. simply delicious.
Yes, anyone who is any good at maths can see that this is more than 8 wines ..so you need your tasting head on but it promises to be fascinating, delighting your taste buds….experiencing some of the greats…
