A mouth-watering range of exquisitely presented pastries & teacakes including a sherry trifle tart, chocolate & orange cinnamon mousse & pea & pecan gingerbread choux bun. The sandwich selection includes turkey & cranberry sauce, watercress, egg & dijon mustard mayonnaise & smoked salmon with cream cheese. Celebrate Christmas Day at JOIA Restaurant overlooking London's stunning skyline with a sharing menu for £135pp & wine pairings for £45pp. To start, enjoy a selection of JOIA’s signature petiscos & tapas dishes including pan con tomate, seabass ceviche & beef pica pau. For mains, choose between a selection of dishes including Norfolk black turkey served with Madeira sauce, grilled fillet of salted cod or loin of venison with fried brussels sprouts & king oyster mushrooms. To finish, a selection of decadent & sweet delights including Torrija – a caramelised brioche served with salted caramel ice cream.
