Decked out with eight-foot nutcrackers, giant ornaments, twinkling lights, and an array of Christmas trees, the festive atmosphere will be complemented by fun activities like Ornament Painting, Holly Jolly Mixology, and Gingerbread House Workshops. The holiday menu features iconic creations like the Winter Wonderland Biggie Shake, Peppermint Party Hot Chocolate, and the new Frozen Polar Espresso Martini, making it a must-visit this season!

Came to enjoy the holiday and Christmas themed items and ambiance. Overall, it was a fun atmosphere that’s great for friends, family, or a date environment to enjoy. Do not recommend the food, but do recommend going for any of the shakes or hot chocolates!

Completely overpriced and overrated. We went around 4pm and it wasn’t crowded at all. We spent almost $200 and didn’t eat half of our food. All of our food came out cold and it wasn’t good at all. My daughter’s chicken sandwich was dry, my smash burger was dry and overcooked, my other daughter’s grilled cheese had mostly bacon and not a lot of cheese. My husband did like his brisket sandwich, though. The Jojos fries also came out cold and barely had any cheese on them. The best thing about this place is its shakes. So if you’re going to come here, come for dessert and eat dinner somewhere else. The waiters weren’t attentive at all and that’s probably because gratuity is already built into the order. We didn’t get water until our food came out and it was just plastic cups of warm tap water with no ice. I’m so disappointed in this experience because I really wanted to love it but I felt overcharged and underwhelmed.

Server had a bad attitude, nobody knew what each table ordered. Very unorganized. Got food before my fountain drink and waited a lot for it. Topping on shakes have an unpleasant refrigerated tastes if you know you know.

I planned my visit a week in advance and knew what I wanted to order only to get there and they didn’t have the Santa sangria boot I wanted.

Little to no explanation on ordering. Placed a drink order with food. Food came, no drinks. Waiter kept saying the bar was backed up. Went to the restroom and passed the bar where I saw our order, walked past again 10 minutes later and the drinks still there. Asked the bartender and he wouldn't confirm if it was for my table number. Took another 5 minutes after that to get our drinks AFTER we were completely finished with our food. Lesson is to order drinks not with your food order.

Several of the frozen drinks we wanted were sold out, we had to ask more than once for sauces for the sandwiches. It was too loud also- the music was very loud.

Overall to travel to the city for this restaurant, it isn’t worth it. The holiday decor was ok, but parts were already broken or looking sad. You sit at picnic tables, which is fine but they didn’t look very clean. There were shake splatters on the clear tent. The server encouraged us to use the online order system, but it would have been faster to have him take the order. They were out of all the hot chocolate flights plus the vegan Oreo shake, which I had one dairy free person looking forward to that shake. The pot pie came in an aluminum pan. When eating in I’d expect a pot pie to come in a crock, as shown on the menu. The men’s and women’s restrooms were dirty. Yes everything did taste good. It just isn’t worth it.

Out of a lot of things on menu and it was 11:30 in the morning. Also it’s supposed to be decorated for Christmas and half their lights were not on and it was put up so quickly it didn’t even look nice. Won’t waste my money again next year for sure! My bill was over 250 for terrible food
