It was Christmas Day, I made a brunch buffet reservation for 13:45, when I arrived they said the buffet closed at 2:00. If it wasn’t Christmas, I would have found some place else, but had my handicapped mother with me as well. Apparently they tried to call me Christmas morning to tell me that they shouldn’t have taken the reservation, but that wouldn’t have been helpful. My parents were visiting and this was our Christmas Day meal. The staff was apologetic and tried to support us, but what was meant to be something special ended up being quite frustrating. The food and ambiance was fine, wait staff was good enough, just a real lack of self awareness from management created an unpleasant situation. And no compensation offered for the error on their part. I wouldn’t say not to go there, guessing the “normal” experience would have been enjoyable, was just really disappointed how they handled a special day.

We had a lovely dinner here last night. very delicious food ever and great atmosphere! Fast and excellent service. I can highly recommended

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gut drauf, cool aber trotzdem zuvorkommend. Sehr schöne Musik aber etwa laut, was eigentlich dem Charme von Straßen Tel Aviv entspricht :)

This was a return visit for us. Again the food was superb and we were looked after by very helpful and attentive staff. Looking forward to our next visit
