Everything about our time here was positive and delightful. My husband loves homemade pasta and Joseph's did not disappoint. And even better was housemade sausage which is a rarity! We had recently been to Sicily where we were introduced to Pasta ala Norma. Tonight I could have been back in Sicily! And gluten free pasta to boot! Our server, Mike, was very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back - even though it's an hour drive for us!!!!

Always consistent and the staff makes the overall experience truly enjoyable. Attentive, but not overbearing and they pay attention drink and water levels, which a lot of placed just don’t! Food is excellent, portions are good and over value for what you get. Highly recommend.

Wonderful as always! Excellent service, delicious food, homey atmosphere just all around great! Plus I’m gluten free and they are VERY accommodating. What a treasure in downtown Haverhill. Recommend highly!

Joseph's provided a great dining experience for early dinner last Sunday. The new location has excellent ambiance, server was friendly and efficient. Caesar salad was crisp and not overdressed. Bread is warm and crusty with olives and oil and a special white bean dip. Half portion of mushroom ravioli with red sauce was ample sized and delicious. We will continue to be regulars!

By far the best Italian restaurant in the area. We’ve been to Italy several times and have had many excellent meals there, and we put Joseph’s right up there with some of the best ones we’ve had in Italy.

Overall experience was great. We had been to the prior location many times. Atmosphere was inviting. Some restaurants are too noisy, but at Joseph’s we were able to have conversations without difficulty hearing each other. We enjoyed the food and drinks very much.
