    First time here. Ambiance was perfect. Service was excellent. The food was beautiful and delicious. If you enjoy alcohol, I recommend the dessert cocktails.

    The reception was spectacular, they really treated us as special guests there. It was disappointing that we could not use the happy hour menu, but the Thanksgiving menu was presented, and the selections were very nice and tasty. It was hard to read because of the heavy drapes that left us in the dark, so it was hard to read the menus. The steak meat was not the best quality, but prepared very well. The wine was great, bit the dessert had parts of caramelized sugar that was too crunchy, abd you could easily damage your teeth. They should have warned us about it. Overall, way too pricy. We paid over $400 for the 3 of us. Not sure if we'll be back. If we do, we'll come more prepared

    Well we came here as this was our 1st, New Thanksgiving tradition and I will say they went above and beyond. My wife has celiac disease and they did what ever they had to to get her some GF bread and it was sooooo good. Our waitress Shi was so amazing so friendly and understood my wife's allergy was serious and not just a health Joice. Thank you for the great experience and we will for sure be back on our next trip. Keep up the great work. AB

    Food was ok steak took a while to come out and then came out overcooked and the mashed potatoes we’re under seasoned wallpaper paste

    Outstanding experience at JWB Prime Steak and Seafood!!! Tom our server was the BEST!! (Hollywood, FL location) Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was superb! We loved the sourdough bread and the au gratin potatoes! The wine Tom suggested was wonderful! Cannot wait to go back!

    Nice decor. Had 730pm tree reservation was honored on time. Server was excellent, timely, informative, available when needed but not intrusive. Broiled oysters Rockefeller was ok. 8oz filet was good and cooked as ordered. Bone in ribeye was very tasty. A tad overcooked. Ordered medium rare came out medium but still ok for me. Family dish of Brussel sprouts was very good. Am a Margaritaville perks member so got a free bottle of Cabernet which was good. The hotel knew it was my birthday so brought a complimentary dessert with candle. Would definitely return here for special meal dining. High end steak house. Open to public.
