    1st timer, went for Valentine’s Day. I had reservations and the hostess acted like she was doing us a favor getting us a table haha! Sat us in this tight little space once’s away from another party lol and right next to the hostess stand so we had workers on top of our heads lol! Then they were out of most of the things we tried to order. Then they kept trying to give us other peoples orders they seemed very confused! Drinks were weak and over priced! Food was the only thing that was decent. Overall I’d give this place a 3/10 and most likely won’t ever go again!

    Made reservation in person while walking my dog the week of my birthday, as the resturant looked pretty cool. Would have been a great spot I can walk too. When I showed up with my party of 10, 15minutes early they said they are clearing up the corner table next to the host stand. Great. After 20minutes, they tell us they are really busy and had to give our table away to a bachelorette party and the next table will be ready in 45minutes. Ruined my night and birthday plans. We ended up walking back to my house and ordering pizza. Really bad how it played out and nothing was done to fix it.

    Experience was good, food was good, and the ambiance was good. The waitress recommended amazing tamarindo shots; they were so good.

    Reservations were made over a week in advance. It seemed the restaurant was understaffed. It took awhile to order food and receive the drinks. Our food came out separately, so our party ate at all different times. Appetizers were good, food was good but cold by the time everyone got served for those who waited to eat. We purchased the birthday celebration and when the birthday sign came out it wasn’t turned on (light). We’ve been to other kalaveras locations and had good experiences, this location on that night was not so good.
