Karen's is an interactive diner and an absurdly fun experience. At Karen's you will be greeted and waited upon by rude waiters who in return are expecting you to give it full Karen. A place where you can complain until the cows come home because we literally don't care. You can expect good food, good fun and a dining experience like you've never had before. Had a great night for a friend’s birthday. Shocking service and standards but lots of laughs. The only thing I can complain about is not receiving the birthday shoutout/cake that I had requested prior to our arrival.

Service was horrendous, just as advertised! The servers were rude and didn’t care about our experience at all. What an amazing experience. The team keep in character perfectly and definitely make it a night to remember. Well done and thank you for such an amazing dining experience. Top tip - definitely book, it got so busy so quickly

Although we totally except the concept of the diner we did not expect it to be full of children. We expected an adult environment but felt uncomfortable with children being exposed to all the adult content so we did not stay long

Everything was going well, untill restaurant forgot I had paid for birthday package, for my partners 40th, and was left an hour after we had finished eating and the restaurant became empty..... that i asked staff where the birthday extra was!! There response was, oh we forgot. Ruined the evening and I was not happy and left disheartened

Wouldn’t bother with the birthday package. I literally paid £25 for a dry chocolate cake & shot of orange squash. That was the only thing that separated our experience to anyone else in the room.

The whole family were in stitches! Suitably appalled! Our Karen was the bees knees as was the waiter.

Karens was brilliant fun and the food was Good. I rated the service as poor because that's the whole point of the restaurant. Good food poor service. But it was all good I would highly recommend

They may be rude, they may be grumpy, they will call you names but they are hilarious. The food is tasty, the service is quick but don't expect a smile. Go and have fun !!
