Karen's is an interactive diner and an absurdly fun experience. At Karen's you will be greeted and waited upon by rude waiters who in return are expecting you to give it full Karen. A place where you can complain until the cows come home because we literally don't care. You can expect good food, good fun and a dining experience like you've never had before. Good food and service. £25 is really overpriced for a chocolate cake, shot and for everyone to sing happy birthday!!

This was the Aussie brunch pop up in the morning before Karen’s opens. While the waiter was very polite and nice, the food was terrible- items missing, poached egg burst and served anyway. Coffee was tasteless. We were the only customers and meals weren’t even served at same time. Poor.

Well, the name of the restaurant is a misnomer. A “Karen” is a white woman who is entitled, demanding and complains. The waitstaff in this place are aggressive and kinda scary! It’s part of their act for sure, but they do sling quite a few personal insults at diners and step over the mark often. They steer away from insulting diners’ appearances and went gentle on our teenagers but they were relentlessly hurling ageist insults at the middle-aged parents at our table. It got uncomfortable and one of our party was pretty offended. We were expecting regular “karens”, not these abusive mutations. It’s obviously funny too but it’s a lot to take in. So if you dare dine here, be prepared for a main course of abuse with a side dish of comedy. The food is so-so.

Very enjoyable evening. Food was quality and staff funny. Just a little too noisy for my ears. Will def visit again.

We all literally laughed from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. It was such a great atmosphere and all of the waiters/ waitresses were brilliant. The food was half bad either, we would definitely recommend the ‘Karen’ experience.

I booked a table at Karen's Diner in Angel for a 40th birthday. I paid the extra £25 for the birthday celebration cake and more humour. Unfortunately, that was a £25 wasted. There wasn't enough waiters to make the dining experience fun. They had to include the actual diners to sing happy birthday. Was expecting a lot more. Was a total let down. The waiter did his best but I was expecting more picking on the birthday boy as I had paid the extra. Food was good but quite expensive for what it is.
