We love Kelsey’s. We dined on Saturday , September 7. We had our favourite server. I’m sorry. I don’t know her name. She has long dark hair. She is seriously the best server we have ever had at any restaurant. Wonderful attitude, accommodating and provides great service overall. The place was okay, our server was really nice. I really hated that to pay I had to say whether I would recommend Kelsey’s. I wouldn’t. But my server was nice. So I felt like I was being given a choice between lying and punishing my server. I came there to eat, not to be part of the weird corporate culture that pushed quality assurance onto the customera, and then blames low level employees for an experience that was the result of the higher ups.
