The service was very good friendly and respectful. The special we ordered not so. The steak was hard and rubbery the spices overwhelmed the steak and the sweet potato fries were over cooked. My wife and I went for a Valentine’s Day dinner and we were treated to terrible food and service. There were many areas we were dissatisfied with, but the kicker was the following. I had ordered the shrimp fajita and the waitress convinced me to order guacamole. That would have been great, but I was never given a spoon to scoop the guacamole on to the fajita. We made a reservation but had to wait another 15 minutes past our reservation time to get a table - it was very busy. It took over an hour to get our food once we were seated - we were told that the kitchen was very backed up. We booked a dinner @ 5:45, expected an hour turn around. The restaurant was 100% occupied, waited a few minutes to be seated, 20 minutes later I flagged down a waitress to try to order, the person wasn’t our waiter and she agreed to take the order and pass it on. We ordered the hand carve sirlon quesadillas and the Cajun shrimp plus drinks. The message was passed on and the drinks were delivered. Much later the meal was delivered and I received fajitas. Terrible. I don’t know why I keep on giving this location a chance. We were there for 45 minutes and only had drinks. Our waitress had an allergic reaction- not her fault obviously so the other staff had to take over her tables. After over an hour and 15 minute wait my order was wrong. Our dining experience was fantastic! Our server was attentive, respectful, and efficient, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our meal.
