Food was outstanding. Service was god awful. We saw are server 3 times throughout the meal to bring are drinks take are order and the bill other than that he did not check in on us and wasn’t even in the section he just de spawned it was wild.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Extremely busy Saturday night. The poor guy at the front was being overwhelmed. He didn’t know where to seat anyone anymore. There wasn’t a lot of room. Even with a reservation we were seated about 15 minutes late. We knew we were in for a ride as we saw the servers apologizing for the lateness of the food coming out. Our order came out, baked potato was undercooked so we ordered fries. Came out quickly. No apologies. Waitress was super busy so we only had one drink each. The wings were OK, ordered a second batch to take home and they were completely different. The ones we ate in store were really crispy and the ones we took home were lightly battered... They also took 30 mins to prepare, when my sons order of wings came out in 5 mins, so clearly they were just sitting there and were reheated. Nachos were TERRIBLE, so gross covered in soggy tomatoes and soggy jalapeno, atleast have fresh Jalapeno, no cheese... regualr nacho complaints.... The Poutine was SOPPED in gravy, you couldn't eat it. My bill was $70 for the two of us, 2 wings, 1 small nacho. I tipped 18% which is usually as low as I go, but I tell you I really wanted to give $5!! But I know it was not the servers fault... I also know that a percent of that servers tips goes to the kitchen, even if the kitchen is terrible... Food was fine, but the service was awful. We were a large party and it seemed like our waiter was brand new and should not have been working solo yet. Not his fault (assuming he was new), he should have had someone assisting him. My husband and I enjoyed our supper at Kelsey’s. He definitely enjoyed his huge burger! We got some Cajun wings for an appetizer; they were a bit on the dry side. Service was good, it wasn’t very busy that evening.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

My wife and I had wings. They were good as they usually are at Kelsey's. What I did notice is some staff seem to have no clue what they were doing. Our waitress was fine but I think wokeness has taken over the restaurant. DEI hiring is killing most businesses these days and Kelsey's seems to be no different. Was not happy we did reservations for 5 people got there told us we didn’t even make a reservation she wasn’t gonna seat us intill I showed her the text message then shoved all 5 of us in a very small booth. The food was very very greasy we couldn’t eat it all was just dripping grease. And the noise in the restaurant was crazy So very disappointed with this one.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

My friend ordered the Broccoli Cheese soup and it was watered down-not the usual thick soup. I wanted a light vegetarian lunch and got the quesadilla. The server said there were veggies in it. There was cheese and about a tablespoon of chopped tomatoes. That was it. There was a small dish of guac with it as well as the sour cream. It cost about $14-something that I could have done at home for cheaper. I only went here because my friend wanted to celebrate her birthday here and get the spinach and 4 cheese dip.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
