Kin Dee showcases contemporary Thai cuisine, serving a three-course menu of seasonal plates to share.
Using traditional Thai recipes, seasonal and regional produce, Kin Dee creates its authentic Thai flavors from scratch each day. Essential ingredients such as lemongrass, Kaffir limes, wild ginger, galangal, tumeric, coriander seeds and red chilies are imported by chef Dalad Kambhu from carefully-selected suppliers in Thailand. Following traditional recipes, Kambhu creates her own homemade curry pastes: ‘Pastes are for us Thais what cheese is for the French; there are countless kinds. We prepare all of ours in house’. The meat is from organic farms, while the fish and seafood are both sustainably caught. Whenever possible, Kambhu and her international team replace Thai products with locally available products.
Dalad Kambhu and Kin Dee were awarded a Michelin star in 2021 for the third year in a row.
