King George II Inn in Bristol is one of the oldest inns in America that has been a cornerstone to Bucks County for more than 300 years. Both kings and presidents have converged at the classic eatery to enjoy the outstanding hospitality while chatting it up with a mix of politicians and pirates alike. Casual food and drinks make King George II Inn a great place for individuals from all walks of life. Mushroom ravioli, chicken or eggplant parmesan, grilled 8-ounce filet, salmon dijonnaise and English fish and chips are just some of the classic items the menu includes.     Wonderful service. Food was decent. Had a nice view of the river, and it was a cozy quaint place for a wonderful Sunday afternoon lunch.

    We love this restaurant. The history is present everywhere you look. Views of the river add to the charm. Never had a bad experience with staff and the owner almost always stops by your table to check on you. .

    I’m a regular at the King George Inn. Not only do the staff know me by name, but in my three years as a regular, I have never been disappointed by any meal, drink or service.

    This place is always consistent even on a holiday like Thanksgiving. Food, service (our waiter) Tom was great. We dine here all the time and have never been disappointed. They had the traditional turkey dinner if you wanted it along with a lovely menu of other entrees to choose from. I went for the pork chop and have never been disappointed by it. One of the best!
