Specializing in Mediterranean and American cuisine, Kinneret Grill offers an upscale cozy experience at reasonable prices with attentive staff and kosher food that goes beyond expectations. Our Israeli chicken shnitzel and shawarma are crowd pleasers, and our house made vegan shawarma and falafel are especially unique. The lunch menu could have had a few more options from which to choose. We were given the option to order from the dinner menu but all ordered either just a gyro or falafel sandwich. We were the first group in when they opened. Service, though friendly, was very slow. Food didn't take too long to arrive after ordering but there was a lot of downtime waiting on the server and thus we spent far longer in the restaurant than we were hoping. Drinks were served in plastic cups and soda is served by the can.

Our dinner at Kinneret Grill on Valentine's Day was wonderful. We ordered the short ribs special and chicken schnitzel; both were delicious. We particularly enjoy the pleasant, relaxing ambience of Kinneret.

The food was delicious, the ambience was great. I would just like to see more options on the menu, including more sandwich options. I also would like to see a complimentary appetizer such as pita and chumus offered. With the higher prices of everything on the menu, it would go a long way to offer diners some complimentary appetizers.
