Located on the rooftop of the Old War Office, the restaurant boasts stunning panoramic views across central London and features, a 55-seat main dining room, a 55-cover outside terrace, an 8-seat Chef’s Table overlooking the kitchen, and an exclusive 8-seat private dining room within one of the building’s iconic turrets. This provides 360-degree views across Whitehall, The Mall, Horse Guards, Trafalgar Square and Westminster.

              Offering is not at par with the target level set by the establishment. Flaws and mistakes were apparent at both cooking and service. The OWO setting raises the expectations and Kioku needs to deliver.
