Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 12 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. Our chef was amazing. I noticed they no longer do all the singing and tricks while they cook. They do very minimal of a show. I actually like the new way more. It’s more of a sophisticated Ichiban experience. Here’s a tip, sign up for the rewards and go during your birthday. I got $25 off my meal. That’s a good discount.

Glad we made a reservation two weeks ago for our birthday dinner because the parking lot was packed when we arrived at 6:30 PM in the middle of the week. Despite having a 6:30 PM reservation, we were not seated until 7:15 PM. Although we understand, this is not your normal dining Protocol and the restaurant has a timing system with their chefs who cook at the table and they’re only a certain number of them available. The two year-old with us stayed entertained watching the Koi pond until we were seated. And then the live cooking demonstration really amazed her. The chef was very entertaining and sensitive to our little ones needs and fears. We all agreed the food was amazing and plentiful. The only negative I had was the amount of noise from surrounding tables and cooking grills. I could not hear anything that was being said by our guess and felt isolated at the end of the table. Next time, we will try a different, newer Kobe steakhouse in the New Tampa area to see if the seating arrangements and noise levels are the same

I had a great experience at Kobe Japanese Stake house The host greeted me with a calm, welcoming demeanor, making me feel comfortable right away. The chef did an excellent job with the food—it was flavorful and well-prepared. I was also impressed by how clean and organized the grill station was, which made the overall atmosphere feel professional and inviting. The front-of-house service was friendly and efficient. Overall, I’d highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking delicious food in a relaxed, well-maintained environment.”

Checked in early for our reservation and still waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Took the server over 20 minutes just to bring drinks and another 20 for our chef to even show at the grill. In total it was almost 2 hours PAST our reservation time before we had our full meal! We had to grab our own take out counters from another table as well as go to the front desk to ask for our server to bring the bill.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

We frequent Kobe for special occasions. We hadn’t been in a while but noted many things that were different. The prices are very expensive compared to our local Daruma. We ordered two Goyza and those were not delivered until after we were halfway through dinner. They were ice cold. It took forever to receive beverages. I mean a very long time. The noise level was through the roof but the restaurant can’t control 10 screaming birthday girls. The chef was very good, the food was top notch, but the veggies could’ve been cooked more. Not sure we will travel an hour to Kobe anymore and just go to our local Japanese Steakhouse.

Ask for Muffin and #mrnicethai. You will not be disappointed. It was an amazing time. Give yourself at least two hours for the entire dining experience.
