   We had a 730pm reservation but we’re not seated until 815pm. It took the chef 45 minutes to come and start cooking. Our waitress was never seen again between when the chef was making our food and bringing the bill.

   We were seated at a hibachi table which was great. Although we waited for over an hour for our chef to come to the table to prepare our food while others around us were seated, promptly served and had food being prepared in front of them within 20 minutes of being seated. Several of the table members asked where our chef was and we were repeatedly told “chef is on way”. Frustrating. I know it’s about the experience, but being at the restaurant for 2hrs and 50 minutes is a wee bit much. Especially when over an hour of it was waiting for our chef.

   Coco & Melissa were amazing! Everything about our Donny experience was phenomenal. Coin was hilarious and Melissa was very welcome and accommodating. Thank you so much!

   Being avid customers to Kobe, it is on occasion to have a bad experience. The chef for our group was non conversational, and hardly spoke a word to the guests. He seemingly overcooked the vegetables, chicken, and rice. Added so much sauce to the noodles, they became inedible. Worst part to me was how messy he was. Mixing meat and seafood utensils without cleaning them off, and leaving cooking food on the grill while removing remnants of the food burnt. The first thing he cooked was eggs and burned them, should have seen it from that point. After all was done and we spoke to the manager, his initial response was to take off $50 from the bill. This would have been fine had any of our 5 guests eaten anything he placed on our plate. After a while he just agreed to take care of the bill in it's entirety. But, all the chaos started with the huge birthday party we were seemingly added to that had they're own struggles with seating and upset kids. Kobe should be able to do better than this.

   My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday early. The good was so so good. Our cook was amazing Cucu I believe his name was. Very funny

   If I could leave less no stars or negative stars for this restaurant I would! We had a 7:00 reservation and didn't get seated till 7:45. We didn't even get served (from a beyond nasty waitress) until 8:15. This was for my daughter's birthday and we had 3 other kids with us. The chef was horrible and did nothing for the FUN Hibachi experience. He just cooked the food. The whole thing was disappointing. Then the waitress added a 18% tip on to the bill and was annoyed I didn't give any extra. I WOULDNT EVEN OF GIVEN THAT! We will never go back again. $300 down the drain for a fun Birthday experience.

   18% service fee added to bill. Not gratutity. Waited for 45 minutes past reservation time to be seated. Otherwise, food and service was excellent.

The service Charge is the service fee that is automatically added to your bill for the convenience of services. It is also considered a gratuity and will be shared to the waitstaff (including chef, server, assistant server and other involved departments) If the service is not up to your standard or at any time you wish to remove the service charge, please feel free to ask our management team to remove it for you.
