    The service here here is deployable! We waited 45 mins for a pre booked reservation. Ir was my husband’s birthday and we were terribly embarrassed as some of our dinner guests left due to the tardiness of the establishment. It was all in poor taste. I would never recommend this place to anyone distinguished or otherwise.

    I’ve frequented this restaurant several times during my Miami visits and this recent visit was beyond the worse. The establishment has lost the “it” factor. The waiter was non attentive and I had to call the busboy twice to find our waiter after 20 minutes of waiting for water. The food was average. Be careful when tipping as 20% is automatically allocated to your bill regardless of party size and the keypad is misleading when displaying its tip percentage because it’s added to the 20%. We tipped a total of 30% and I did inform the waiter that it was not a reflection of his 1 star service. When I mentioned I have dual residency in Dubai his demeanor suddenly changed and sent over dessert and two drinks that we left untouched. Never again.

    The last time I ate at Komodo in Feb it was excellent. This time in March it was so disappointing. I ordered all the same food and it was SUPER spicy, and the shrimp tempura tasted awful. The best part was their amazing desserts.
