   Blayke is awesome and made our date night amazing. Food specials and ambiance was great too. It’s our new favorite place.

   We were seated for over 15 mins before someone even came over, had a few servers even ask us if our server had been by and then the manager did come over and apologize. By the time our server came over we were ready to order drinks and food, but she wanted to just take our drink order and said she’d be back. We finally put in our food order and it was over an hour until we even got our food, mind you we had 4 young children with us. I think the restaurants ambiance is fun, however the music was so high we couldn’t hear each other. We were bummed about this as we used to frequent the Kona Grills in AZ.

   We had a reservation and were seated promptly. There were 6 other tables in our section and we notice they too had not seen a Server yet. At one point the manager came by and asked if we had been helped yet, we had not. He took our drink order. A server attended to to another table behind us that had come in after us. We grabbed he attention as she came by and told her we were ready to order. She wrote it on what looked like a scrap of a very small receipt . The drink was delivered by the bartender after an amount of time which I had given up on receiving it. At 1 hour in nobody checked back on us and all the tables around us had received food. I had to raise my hand like I was in school and wait for anyone to notice. We asked them to check on our food, since we ordered 45 minutes ago. At the 1:15 minute mark we stood up and approached the person who took our order, she stated the order got lost in the back, so it had not even been started. She offered to pay for our drink and we left.

   Service was great. Food was ok but not the best value. The music was great but so loud. Everywhere they have the music pumping like a club. Bathroom, lobby, in the restaurant. We asked if they could turn it down and were told they couldn’t :(

   The Happy Hour Menu had a lot to choose from and was very reasonable. We had the Kona sliders and lettuce wraps. They were delicious!! On the main menu we had the lemongrass clam chowder and fish and chips and they were Excellent. The drinks not on Happy Hour were kind of expensive but they were so good and looked beautiful! For dessert we had the butter cake and an espresso martini! It was perfect. The ambience is beautiful and not super loud. we will definitely be back!

   I didn’t get my 25 dollars off for a birthday. Then we told the waitress and she said give me the last 4 digits of your credit card and email and we can put it in your credit card. I am still waiting for it.

   Not a good experience. First, this place is LOUD! There's a DJ pumping music and overhead speakers above every table. It is difficult to have a conversation. The place was about half full, yet they somehow ran out of water glasses. They were pouring tap water into wine glasses. The beer list is pathetic. This is Portland and they had no NW craft beer options. The only IPA offered is Lagunitas. The food was so-so at best. I had the poke bowl. It was so dry that I borrowed some of the sauce from the potstckers appetizer. Meanwhile, my wife's salad was so overdressed that she wound up with limp lettuce swimming in liquid. And then there's the price. For four, with mediocre food, the bill was $220! There are MANY better options.

    Some meals definitely better than others. Feels like it is on the expensive side for what ya get. Service was good. Our server was attentive. I would go back for their cocktails and spicy shrimp. Tempura. I loved the Patio Bubbles drink.
