Bar Koukla is a casual and intimate snack bar setting on the popular Ossington strip. A space where traditional touches merge effortlessly with contemporary design. Our interpretation of the classic Athenian mezedolpoleio mixes authentic meze, a raw seafood bar, a natural and oraganic wine list and cocktails inspired by the Athenian metroploitan culture.

Came here to celebrate my BFs birthday. Food was amazing! Lamb ribs were phenomenal. Food came out at the right times, servers were attentive but not overbearing. Definitely need to come back and try the brunch menu.

Came here for the first time for my partner’s birthday. Service was amazing, the waitstaff was friendly and very helpful when it came to recommendations. Food and drinks were served promptly and presented beautifully. May not be within someone’s budget if they’re looking for a cheaper option, but the quality of the food is definitely worth splurging for in my opinion. Thanks for such a wonderful dinner experience, we’ll definitely be making our way back soon!

Had an amazing time! Went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and they gave us some bubbly on the house. Amazing food and atmosphere.

We've come here couple times now and always get the same dishes and it never disappoints! The spanakopita florentine is the perfect balance of sweet and savoury and the baklava pancakes are crunchy around the edges and fluffy on the inside and not too sweet! Love brunches here

Everything we got was fantastic, you cannot go wrong with these shared plates! Service was also fantastic and we got the cheapest bottle of white wine which was delicious. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

Our overall experience was incredible! We had the best server ever, Christina, she was such a delight! She made us feel like an extended member of her family or friend, as well as guiding us through our evening and ensuring we were continuously well attended to. I would come back just for the incredible service she provided, however, the food and drinks were also out of this world! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone I speak with! Will definitely return!
