   I have eaten at Cucina Piccola many times. Consistently good food, quality and service. Plenty of choices and specials. It’s BYOB. Now open Sunday. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

   Overall, very good experience. The pre-fixe selections were good but the dinner portions not real big (at least for the fish). For dessert we also ordered the warm chocolate cake with chocolate sauce and ice cream to share and it was delicious (better than the crème brûlée). Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Cozy dining room and nice ambiance. Appreciate that we can BYOB.

   Outstanding as always, or should I say even better than. I ordered different than my usual and it was absolutely wonderful. My guest raved about hers as well. The dollar value on the early bird is wonderful but honestly ordering from the regular menu it’s really not that much different and it’s Fantastic always.  there are times when it is a bit noisy because it is a very small dining area but last night was particularly quiet. There was a large party, but you could barely hear them. Thank you as always for a beautifully served meal and perfect service every time.

   Excellent, as always. We enjoyed a blend of long-time favorites and daily specials. The mussels in a light saffron sauce are superb - the appetizer we had on our very first visit some years back. Tender PEI mussels in a delicious saffron broth - get more bread to soak up the broth. One person ordered one of the salmon dishes on the menu. His review - the best salmon he has ever had. Other dishes - the double-cut pork chop in a fig/port reduction (the entree we had on our very first visit) and a daily special of tagliatelle with jumbo shrimp, sausage, and broccoli rabe in a light red sauce. Desserts - fresh house-made biscotti, tartufo, and profiteroles. Each dish highly recommended! Everyone took home enough for another meal. Great service. BYOB. Free parking. Moderate prices. Make a reservation! The restaurant tends to fill up during peak dining hours.

   The Valentine’s prefix was outstanding. The crab cake with fennel and apple and clams oreganotta were so tasty and 90% crab. Tagliatelle with shrimp/scallops and filet mignon were fresh and cooked to perfection. Lastly, the pistachio cheesecake was off the charts. All staff was very attentive. We usually don’t go out for valentine’s but the menu and price were hard to pass up. So glad we made reservations; memorable night.

    I regularly dine there particularly to invite a friends because I find the value outstanding. The portion size on the early specials and the variety of choices is unexpected, particularly, for the price point. My friend was very impressed and we shall return. The service is as solicitous as you would wish. I am no stranger to fine dining establishments and I consider the quality and service par with any, if not better. this is an all around pleasurable experience. If I have one mention, it would be that it is very intimate, and when a full house, it can be a bit filled with conversation. I don’t let it disturb my party, as it is a gem, with convenient parking, and it takes and honors reservations.
