La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas is a Texas favorite and has been providing quality Tex-Mex cuisine for several years now. La Hacienda Ranch was founded by Mariano Martinez who is the inventor of the Frozen Margarita Machine, which is in the Smithsonian in Washington D.C.

Some of the entres at La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas include mesquite grilled Tenderloin Filet, Bone-in Ribeye, and Fajitas. La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas also has a special event room. Those who would like to hold an event, such as a party, at the facility can speak with the restaurant. In addition, offsite catering is available for those holding an event at their own location.

                      Got a reservation for at 6pm for 4 people. Arrived a couple minutes early and checked in with the hostess. The hostess advised us our wait would be 50 minutes. We explained we had a reservation. Her reply was “Yeah, but you did it online. A lot of people do it online so you will have to wait with the rest of them.” When we pushed back, she replied it would probably be less than 50 minutes. When we pushed back further, she said 15 minutes, then 5 minutes. Then she turned around, grabbed 4 menus and sat us immediately. It was not a pleasant way to start our dinner. We now have doubts about ever using Open Table again.

                      We ordered a beef fajita lite and shrimp fajita lite, both of which comes with grilled veggies. The food arrived hot and fresh and it was delicious. The beef and shrimp were perfectly cooked, tasty and tender. We also ordered several of their half price papa margaritas which were also wonderfully tasting with no skimping on tequila. Our server, Maria, was patient, friendly and very attentive. We will be back for sure.

                      Our experience at LaHacienda was excellent in every way. The service was attentive, top notch and the food was outstanding. Can’t beat the ambience as they have many original artwork murals, a couple of cozy fireplace’s and many fun things to see in several dining rooms. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint in anyway. We’ll be back, guaranteed!

                      Service was outstanding. Margaritas were great. Food order was accurate, and tasty just not the best Mexican I’ve ever had. This was my first time to visit, and I would recommend LaHacienda to a friend.
