We were put in the back room with one heater working. It was extremely unpleasant and cold. I even saw people leave after sitting down. Even after I had a reservation. Will never go back.

Really love the warm hospitality, great attention. We tried a number of tapas, some of the steaks and lamb and they well prepared and tasty. We shared the tiramisu Maria and the chocolate torta. One of our favorite places!

The main restaurant looks nice, but we were seated in the back which is basically a tent with heat pumped in and a concrete floor that they did their best to try and make seem nice, but it just isn’t. Could have let this slide if the food was really good, but it wasn’t anything special. For the prices they charge, you can’t stick people in a make-shift tent in the winter. Not coming back here.

We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to take our first drink order. There were other waiters standing idly around ignoring us. When our waitress did take our order, she didn’t apologize or greet us.

The food and service is excellent as always. Octavio and the rest of servers go out of there way to make us feel special.
