La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). Our traditional but innovative dishes feature both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy, and traditional Neapolitan pizza, from the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people, call the restaurant. Parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com
Parties will be required to give credit card info to reserve their spot. There will be a $20 per person charge for no show or cancellations without 48 hr notice.

    It was so busy, we had to literally keep hunting down people to order, ask for anything to eventually not ever seeing them again, and paying. That really just kills the vibe of the experience. Portions were also extremely small even though we ordered so much. $5 for 1 meatball for a kid. We went home after to eat more of our own food. A lot of our favorites were also no longer being served as they keep changing their menu.

    Andres the manager is the best in the business. We had an experience of a lifetime. Rafi was our server everything was top notch. Paolo the GM is an authentic Italian who tells the best stories in the world. Amazed by the experience.

    Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We sat for 20 min before anyone came over to us, no drinks, never actually had a server, food was horrible. It was overall such a horrible experience

    Tried Italian food I had never tried before and the waiter actually helped describe to me what certain foods were and what she recommended which was very helpful for me and my wife. Also, I love the atmosphere and it had a really valentine spirit, which was wonderful.

    ordered a pizza ..came very late so canceled it and they offered a free dessert . Very thoughtful I really appreciated it Pasta was top level

    It was a busy valentines evening and unfortunately the kitchen had a problem with their system which messed our order up so I came at all different times. Instead of a hollow apology the server and their manager looked after us and more than made up for the problem. Great customer service.

    Second time here. Fist time ate near pizza station. This time next to kitchen. Was really fun watching all the activity! Food was very good. It’s fun to shop before and after eating here. My biggest gripe though is PARKING. It’s the one reason we don’t return more often. Electronic tickets, gates. A Minotaur’s Labyrinth to scale with Dead-Ends set up by Valley Fair Parking!!! Horrible way to greet potential shoppers and diners. I complained to person at info desk which was met with an uninterested shoulder shrug and vapid apology. After a pleasant meal and shopping experience, we easily stayed over the “complimentary 2 hours” only for Valley Fair to squeeze another Six Bucks outta my pocket. I couldn’t get out of that Stoopid gate fast enough. It’s too bad Eataly is surrounded by moronic parking. We would return more often otherwise.
