La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). Our traditional but innovative dishes feature both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy, and traditional Neapolitan pizza, from the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people, call the restaurant. Parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com
Parties will be required to give credit card info to reserve their spot. There will be a $20 per person charge for no show or cancellations without 48 hr notice.

    Delicious chicken Milanese, tagliatelle with bolognese as well at the calamari appetizer. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience!

    The service was terrible, the waitress was rude! The anti-pastis were bad! The main course was alright but not worth the price.. Never coming back here!!!!

    Birthday dinner with 10 adults and 4 children and 1 baby. Very well accommodated and great service.

    They had an issue with their computers. We told the waiter to take order the kids food first. We called for an update 30 mins and then they told us they had computer issues getting orders to the kitchen.  They should’ve notified us. There was going to be a delay so we can give the kids snacks while we wait. Nobody gave us an update. The waitress was very rude.

    We had reservations and showed up with a rental mall stroller for my grandson. We were told we could not bring it in because of code violations. I asked what happens when someone in a wheelchair comes in. The reply “we would pull out a chair and place them in that spot. There were only 3 of us, my wife, grandson and I. Seems like the stroller could go there. We were told to put it outside. If someone takes it the stroller is on my credit card and I obviously would be charged. I told the almost bald (since I didn’t get his name) manager “way to go guy, I’m going to get the store manager “. I made it 10 feet and was called back and he told me he’s not supposed to do those due to code reasons” then took us to the back where they had stacked chairs and we parked the stroller there. I replied wasn’t that an easy solution? Point here is I had to say I was going to find his boss in order to be helped. Next thing you know, the child’s pasta is comped due to the holidays which if that is true then no compensation was given for the treatment we were given. W While we were eating, we noticed other tables with strollers at them blocking the walk way so how is it we were going to be turned away, because that’s definitely a violation. I also let them know that their sister restaurant “Terra” never gave us this problem and we’ve eaten there many times, sometimes with a stroller. I’ll never go to La pizza and La Pasta again. I work in this industry and to see this lack of hospitality and refusal to find a solution unless threatened with finding their superior to make a complaint is just disheartening and extremely disappointing.
