For those who challenge the ordinary and embrace the unknown, welcome to La Pizzarra and Katsubowl headed and crafted by Chef Escobar.

Here, we don’t follow predefined recipes. Instead, we fuse the best of Italy and Asia, breaking boundaries to create a universe of bold, authentic, and surprising flavors.

From our handcrafted Neapolitan pizzas to crudos, sushi, and noodles inspired by Asia, every dish tells a story of passion, creativity, and courage.

    Excellent experience, good food, napolitan pizza was outstanding. The apricot mermelade burrata starter was off the charts 🔥. We’ll definetly come back.

    La Pizarra ofrece una selección de pizzas artesanales super deliciosas. Nosotros comenzamos con el Polpette (albóndigas salsa trufa) y luego pedimos las pizzas 🍕: Quattro Queso, Europa y Spicy Pepperoni…todas riquísimas. El servicio muy atento y amable dentro de un ambiente relajado y cool, perfecto para ir en pareja y/o en familia. Definitivamente volveremos 💯.
