La Rueda is gearing up to celebrate a special milestone – 40 years of bringing authentic Spanish flavours to London. As one of the city’s oldest Spanish tapas restaurants, we’re thrilled to unveil our 2024 Autumn menu crafted by our chef duo from Madrid.

Savour dishes like Grilled Squid with Chimichurri, our renowned Seafood Paella, Gambas Pil Pil, tender Grilled Ribeye, and the famous Iberico Pork Pluma (free-range and acorn-fed). We also offer a variety of tapas, including vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Our special Christmas Festive menu will be available from 1st November to 23rd December. Join us every Friday and Saturday for a lively party atmosphere from 11 PM to 3:30 AM, featuring live DJs and surprise entertainment.

For mains, choose from Rib-eye Steak with Duck Foie Gras, Salmon al Cava, or Vegetable Caldero. Finish with Sticky Toffee Pudding or Burnt Lemon Cheesecake. Lunch (£35pp) or dinner (£38pp), with optional cava (£6pp) or bottomless Sangria (90 mins £22). Please note, the menu is pre-order only, and we require your choices 48 hours in advance.     La Rueda has recently had an overhaul and it is working so well. The food was absolutely superb. The service is great, with staff checking all is well without being intrusive. Some subtle Christmas lights are up, giving a lovely atmosphere. It has long been one of my favourite restaurants, but has gone right to the top of my list now. Highly recommended.

    So nice to be back at La Rueda, the refurbishment / Revamp looks incredible (classy & cozy feel). Food has always been great and on this reopening occasion didn't disappoint. Service attentive and in good humour. Restaurant was full and ambience was spot on. We took advantage of the reopening discount must say this made the meal much more sweeter.

    It was an amazing venue. I got my white corner like requested as I was having a business dinner. Great affordable prices, running promotion in food. The atmosphere was vibrant and themed to make me feel like I was in Spain and the food was absolutely delicious!!

    I've always loved this tapas place - has an informal, friendly, holiday vibe, simple and delicious food. It's still got the vibe but the menu has got much shorter, and it's all a little bit more basic. Everything's in batter, the simpler, ingredient-led dishes like garlic prawns and manchego have gone, there's almost no vegetables (a very mayonnaisey salad and deep fried mushrooms), it's just a bit more like Spain-via-Iceland. Feel mean saying this! I still love it and will definitely come back.

    La Rueda is under new management and after a while of going downhill, it is totally back on track. As I have been going to this restaurant since it originally opened, I was saddened at my previous visit to see how bad it had become and that I probably would not go again. When I saw they had a new menu, I decided to try one last time. I am so glad I did, as the new manager has a totally different attitude and I am confident it is going to be very popular again very soon. The new menu, whilst it is still changing, was excellent.
