LagoAlgo is a meeting point where art and gastronomy converge. In dialogue the Chapultepec Park, we seek to build community through dynamic experiences. Through gastronomy we seek to stimulate changes in the way we consume and approach the environment with the support of Micaela Miguel in the conceptualization of the project and the direction of Chef Heriberto Gutiérrez. At LagoAlgo we favor the local and dialogue with the global.
Local products are at the center of our attention and we are moving towards a farm-to-table model with the firm commitment that, in the short term, all our food will come from local, traceable and environmentally friendly producers.
