We crafted a menu of exceptional food. Our menu development team and our executive chef have trained, worked, and immersed themselves in Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument restaurant, where The Backyard was born in 2020.
We embrace traditional cooking concepts and methods, integrating with modern kitchen equipment, cutting-edge tools, and scientific industrial expertise. We tailor our approach to align with local preferences.

We select ingredients that are organic, all-natural, and non-GMO, no added hormones, and no antibiotics. We source locally, opting to fresh and house made options. We utilize as few ingredients as possible.
