Lamberts Downtown Barbecueは、オースティンのダウンタウンの2nd Street Districtにあるおしゃれに修復された歴史的な建物で、モダンなテキサスの定番料理を提供しています。Lambertsは、地元の新鮮な食材と天然の肉や農産物、魚介類を中心にした「ファンシーバーベキュー」を作り出しました。Guadalupe streetと2nd streetの角に建つ美しく修復されたSchneider Storeの建物の1階にオープンキッチンとダイニングルームがあり、屋外パティオの席も用意しています。2階のバーとラウンジでは、夜は大抵プレミアムライブ音楽の演奏を行っており、プライベートイベントに大規模なパーティーの開催も可能です。 2006年のオープン以来Lambertsでは、「フード＆ワイン」、「ニューヨーク・タイムズ」、「コンデナスト・トラベラー」で取り上げられ、月刊誌「テキサスマンスリー」により、テキサス州で4番目のベスト・ニューレストランに選ばれました。

    Join us on Friday, February 14 for a Valentine's Day celebration as we welcome THOMAS CSORBA to the stage to perform classic country love songs and originals. Bring a date, bring friends, bring anyone! Thomas & his band will perform two 60 minute sets with dinner seatings available for each. Guests may reserve tables for groups of 2, 4 or 6 and enjoy full dinner service in an intimate performance setting. Doors will open 5:30pm for the first performance and 8pm for the second show. Note: dinner & drinks are sold separately. Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

    Loved the visit. The pâté was great, served on fried brioche. The meat platter allows you to try brisket, pork ribs, and sausage, and there is enough food there for two. This is also true for the lemon pie; don't go and order two desserts unless you are really hungry. The lemon pie was huge.

    Probably the best bar-b-q I have had in many years. The Mac and cheese side was equally as good. And cocktails were also excellent. If you are willing to go downtown for a meal Lamberts is definitely worth the trip.

    Incredible bbq & menu options. The portions are generous. The staff is A++. My favorite downtown bbq +++ spot.

    Absolutely amazing! We had the crispy green beans, 3 meat platter, the half chicken, mac and cheese, beans, and lemon pie. The half chicken is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The sides were so delicious and the bbq was tender and flavorful. We had a wonderful waitress and really enjoyed the cool, moody atmosphere.

    We are from Atlanta. Our last visit to Austin we ate here and had to come back! The service and the food is amazing!
