Lamberts Downtown Barbecueは、オースティンのダウンタウンの2nd Street Districtにあるおしゃれに修復された歴史的な建物で、モダンなテキサスの定番料理を提供しています。Lambertsは、地元の新鮮な食材と天然の肉や農産物、魚介類を中心にした「ファンシーバーベキュー」を作り出しました。Guadalupe streetと2nd streetの角に建つ美しく修復されたSchneider Storeの建物の1階にオープンキッチンとダイニングルームがあり、屋外パティオの席も用意しています。2階のバーとラウンジでは、夜は大抵プレミアムライブ音楽の演奏を行っており、プライベートイベントに大規模なパーティーの開催も可能です。 2006年のオープン以来Lambertsでは、「フード＆ワイン」、「ニューヨーク・タイムズ」、「コンデナスト・トラベラー」で取り上げられ、月刊誌「テキサスマンスリー」により、テキサス州で4番目のベスト・ニューレストランに選ばれました。

    The best, and I mean the best brisket I have ever tasted. The band upstairs was loud so conversation was limited, however, the band was great! Overall, a great experience!

    Very loud music makes conversation very difficult. The music intrudes rather than enhances the dining experience, particularly where you cannot see the band just hear it Food was ok but not special and service patchy. Only 2 of our 3 starters were delivered together, when the third arrived we had no plates

    Great place and great food - a bit pricey but well prepared ribs —and the sides are good - the coconut pie desert was incredible

    Great business meeting in the corner of the restaurant, upstairs is also always available if reserved in advanced and there is a bar upstairs. Just quiet enough to hear everyone and do the deal but enjoy the vibe! Great Texas meal everyone loved the hanger steak with the grilled jalapeños and avacado and the spicy Ceaser salad has to be one of the best in town! Highly recommend!

    Hosted a group of seven. Overall the experience was fine. Food was very good. The only issues with value that I was disappointed in was the three meat plate. One piece of brisket, two very small ribs and one sausage is not enough meat for the price. The sides also seemed small.
