    It was ABSOLUTELY the worst dining experience I have ever had. Our drinks took 45 minutes. Our food took another 45 minutes and one meal was cold and not cooked enough and the other was not correct . My sister ordered redfish and they brought her salmon. She doesn’t eat salmon and never orders it. Then, the waitress proceeded to argue with her that she did order the salmon. My sister left to get food somewhere else. She gave me attitude when I said to take mine and I didn’t want to wait ANOTHER hour to het anything so I did not eat. It was my last day in New Orleans. AWFUL AWFUL experience!!!!!! Other tables were also furious. This server needs to be fired!!! You do not argue with customers

    The food was excellent, but the service was slow. It took over 2 hours to have our dinner. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 7:00 pm dinner and. didn’t l finish until 9:00 pm. The restaurant was moderately busy. The food made up for it though. I had the crawfish boil and my wife had the grilled redfish etoufee. Both were excellent.For appetizers we had grilled oysters and alligator bites, both were really good. For dessert we tried their bread pudding which lived up to expectations.

    A lovely place to kick off Mardi Gras weekend with a table overlooking Decatur Street. With its location slightly off of the parade route, we enjoyed the masked revelers walking to and from the floats. Yummy seafood platters and happy waitresses sealed the best impression.

    Touristy place. Tours and old people. The server was great. She was totally on her own. Manager nice but needs to get the game plan together a bit more. We were told we could not have a drink menu because the bar was backed up. Weird. My LSC points could not be added because they could not figure out the system. Was assured that they would be manually added the next day. Two days later…nothing. My suggestion: lot of leadership is needed to improve, and the server who was great should use her skills elsewhere. Landry’s owns some amazing brands - this one could use some assistance.

    We had a big group and they were kind enough to accommodate us in a private space. I think the quality of food suffered because we were a large group. I've eaten at Landry's restaurants many times and this is the only time I've been disappointed in what was served. That said, no one minded as we were given the opportunity for 20 people to eat together.

    Food was fantastic. I had the maple glazed salmon with bacon and Parmesan croquette and grilled asparagus. GF had pasta primavera with shrimp. Service was lacking even though it seemed slow at the time. We arrived early for kir reservation and got seated right away. Took too long to even order a drink First drinks came out warm. Ordered a beer and it was no longer available, but replacement was fine. GF ordered martini which tasted horrendous. Drink was removed from bill. Overall Landry’s is a NO legend.

    The sweet tea with peach puree was delicious!! I enjoyed the oyster bar trash but it’s not really enough to share. Cesar salad with grilled shrimp was also pretty good.
