L’ ATELIER is inspired by childhood memories of home-cooked meals at the owner’s grandmother's farm.
Food lovers, we are a steakhouse " à la Française,” where a chalkboard menu highlights local fish & world’s class meats from France and beyond including USDA Prime Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu (Kobe and Kagoshima), Australian Wagyu beef, Iberico black pig, free-range lamb, duck, and dry-aged Black Pearl beef.
From the ocean, try our Kihada tuna steak of sashimi quality, mahi-mahi as fresh ceviche or crusted with fresh herbs, and our lobster linguini in a homemade creamy lobster bisque.
Vegetarian friends, you haven’t been forgotten and try our vegetarian risotto prepares minute just for you.
Our cocktails are crafted by our skilled mixologist, and our wine list features over 70 varieties.
Make sure to leave room for L’Atelier's signature dessert or the Chef’s special dessert.
This unique venue welcomes family and friends from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

This is one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to not just on Saint Martin, but anywhere. The food from top to bottom was out of this world. Service was excellent and very friendly. The owner came to every table to greet the guests and explain the menu. We had our young kids with us as well and they were also very happy with the meal and experience. The ambiance is amazing and having never been to the area we were pleasantly surprised with the whole vibe.

It was our third time eating here. It’s always our first dinner when we arrive in Orient Bay. The food is amazing. The staff is great. The owner is so nice. Apologized three times because we got our table 10 (!!!) minutes late! He takes the time to explain in details each course. Best mahi mahi dish I’ve ever had. The meat is great of course. On reviendra! Merci!

The lamb was 100% the best. We would return for 3 orders. Same with the bruschetta! The bruschetta was one of a kind. Must go to restaurant on the island.

Fabulous staff, food and experience. I would highly recommend L’Atelier. The poached egg is to die for, the tuna carpaccio was awesome, the wagu beef was incredible. Outstanding cocktails and wine list. MUST GO TO WHEN IN ST. Maarten.
