Shame about the noise level, I felt as if I was sat at the two tables behind and could hear every word being said. Also very cold air conditioning.

Nice ambiance and great location. Food was fair at best. Kale salad rough chopped and thrown together. Flavors and sophistication of main dishes not aligned with price point.

A 30+ minute wait for a table, when you have reservations is unacceptable. The host, constantly telling you he'll check on the table (there were at least 5 open, cleaned and set tables) and saying I'll get back to you in 2 minutes, 5 different times is beyond poor service. The food was mediocre at best.

We arrived a few minutes late but wasn’t a problem. Had a great waitress, Marissa. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. A Valentines Day dinner not to be forgotten very soon. Going back next week and asking for Marissa!!

Possibly the worst food I have had at latitudes. We had been here before but tonight’s food was dismal. We had the valentines 5 course special dinner, the food was lack luster and the lobster tough, we sent it back and the second one was exactly the same. For $300.00 dinner for two, it was possibly the worst value I had received in recent dinners out. Service was great, hotel lovely, but their chef really let this place down. There are so many better restaurants than this one, this meal really left a mark on me. And to ad insult to an already bad dinning experience they don’t accept cash for payment anymore, waitress told me I had to go to the front desk to get a voucher to pay with cash, lol.

Our experience was amazing! Loved the food and drinks! I believe Paul was our server and he did amazing! Definitely recommend! Totally going there again.

Great food and service. The Latitude martini was delicious. My wife had the Key West shrimp and it was great. I had the duck and it was delicious. The brussel sprouts were delicious too. Great server. The hostess recognized it was our anniversary too which is a nice touch.

We were very excited for our beachside dinner for our anniversary and to continue to experience the great service we had become accustomed to at the JW Marriott. However, once we sat down and order drinks, it was 45 minutes until they came and our food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and was missing the two appetizers that we ordered. Not sure if the issue was with the staff or the kitchen, but our server completely neglected us and barely even offered an apology. The manager did come over and comped our two drinks and dessert. The dessert took another twenty minutes. Food was average. Would not recommend.
