The Latitude 50 restaurant boasts an impressive all-day dining experience with a locally inspired and influenced menu and drinks list.
Offering both residents and non-residents an exceptional and unique dining experience, the restaurant highlights the best of the region’s produce. South West suppliers include Salcombe Gin and Bays Brewery, with fish freshly sourced from nearby Brixham.
With a spacious glass front, the restaurant provides sweeping views of the bay, making it the perfect location for a relaxing meal or a more formal setting for special occasions. The two-tier outdoor terrace area is ideal for pre-dinner drinks, casual dining or cocktails with friends.

    I booked this as it was our 20 year wedding anniversary. Did not have a great experience. Our “booked” table was not cleaned nor set properly. There was mint sauce on the table, which the waitress put the menus on top of. We then got it all over our hands when we were holding the menus. Had to call them over to clean it. Our table was the only table with no water and drinking glasses. Even when the waitress realised we didn’t have any, they just looked the other way and walked past. The menu was very limiting (not too sure why sandwiches are on the evening menu) and way over priced for what’s on offer.

    Food was really good. However the service was poor. Drinks were ordered and then not brought over, had to chase a few times and we were charged extra for drinks. Condiments weren't brought over also despite being asked if we wanted any. And main plates took ages to clear and we had to chase up our deserts. Good location but overall disappointed especially on Valentine's.

    Celebrated my wife’s birthday here! Overall ambiance was exellent. The food was amazing! The staff was wonderful! The f&b staff who attended to us was very professional and served us with a smile. The wild mushroom Tagliatelle was the best I’ve ever had. The Salmon was cooked to perfection too! The live band outside was a bonus. Such a lovely experience spending birthdays here. Did not disappoint at any thing we are satisfied just like last year but this year’s menu was far more better than the previous one. Portion was good. We found the mouth watering calamari in paignton that we had last year on the sister’s hotel next door so we are very happy.

    Very poor service . Forgot half of the food order: waited a long time for both drinks and food. Could have been just a bad day. Location was excellent. The manager tried to compensate in the end

    No Lemonade, no Soda water, long wait to get served at bar. Food ordered not as described on menu Chicken bacon salad, the bacon was Palma ham, the Superfood salad no quinoa or broccoli. If told at point of order none of the above was available would have ordered differently.

    Lovely atmosphere but spoiled by my cold offering of pasta. The server took it away to reheat and to be perfectly honest it was tasteless and watery awful when eventually it came back . Unfortunately, had to leave the bland tasteless pasta. On the up side the other 3 meals were good. Would perhaps swing by and have a drink but will not eat there again.
