   What a delightful experience! From the moment we were seated we were treated like royalty by Johnathan. He did an amazing job at describing the courses we would be tasting. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday and she really felt like a “grown up”!

   This is definitely a must-do at least once. The most expensive brunch I have ever had but well worth it. The food, service, and ambience were all amazing. Make sure you’re hungry before you go.

   Beautiful view of city and St. Lawrence. Great waiter, Francois, who fully described food preparation, meal course and very attentive to our meal course. Made great recommendations. Many of foods were local farmers or from PEI also. Incredible drink selections. Cognacs etc. Good pairings of wines with meal. Extra attention to presentation during every course! Tres bien!

   The food was quite tasty, though perhaps not quite good enough to justify the price tag. Be wary of the wine pairing! It’s 6 full glasses of wine, which was way more than I wanted to drink in one sitting/evening. Had I known, I would have picked 2 or 3 glasses instead of doing the full pairing.
