Le Colonial is a celebration of seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920s. With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Lake Forest, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Delray’s lively beachfront town square. For special occasions, our private dining space provides a bespoke setting for unforgettable celebrations.

We politely ask that our guests return the favor by joining us sans any of the subsequent athleisure attire. No athletic wear or athletic attire, designer athletic lines of any kind and model, beach flip flops or any beach attire, athletic slides, tank tops (men), cut-offs, sweatpants, exposed undergarments and excessively revealing clothing for indoor and outdoor dining.

    Service was wonderful as well as food as usual. She made my daughter in laws birthday dinner a great experience by being so nice and professional. I believe her name was Isabella. Food is amazing and one of the best restaurants in Delray Beach.

    Of the many fine restaurants in our area, Le Colonial is our favorite. Remarkably impressive and inviting atmosphere, fascinating menu, fabulous food, usually fastidious and friendly service. Truly a first rate dining experience. Also, the underground parking garage is clean, well illuminated and extremely close to the restaurant. Myles Martel Gulf Stream

    This is one of my favorite restaurants . I ventured out from my normal dishes and tried the Branzino it was so delicious and enough for 2. Me and my date couldn’t believe how flavorful it was .

    The decor of this restaurant was just beautiful. Lots of palm trees, wood and elegant furnishings. The food was beautifully displayed and the choices were varied and interesting. Although it was definitely on the pricey side, it was a very good experience and my husband and I look forward to our next dining experience here.

    Food is always fantastic. I’ve been probably 10 times now. The wait for drinks though is always awful. Last night it took +20 minutes for a Diet Coke and a beer as well such that they came well after the entrees.

    This was our first time eating in the restaurant, prior visits had just been for drinks and appetizers at the bar. Food was great, and overall a really enjoyable dinner. Nice spot to have in Delray.

    We were unable to get a table indoors and so our party of five sat outside on the pretty terrace. There was a cool wind and for a while we thought it would be too cold to stay outdoors. At this point the outdoor heaters kicked in and made our stay outdoors so much more comfortable. The food was both fabulous and well presented, the terrace was pretty quiet. I had been here a couple of times before and loved it. This time it did not disappoint. it was even better than the last time. Service is professional and courteous. no complaints or criticism.
