Le French is a gourmet, casual-chic French bistro specializing in modern Parisian cuisine with global influences, a nod to co-founders and sisters Ami and Rougui Dia’s heritage. Embracing the storied history of France and Senegal’s centuries-old relationship, Le French offers beautiful mini pastries, baked from scratch in-house, timeless French dishes, and culinary celebrations of Senegalese tradition in an intimate, sophisticated environment. The family-owned and operated restaurant serves dinner nightly, lunch on weekdays and brunch service Friday through Sunday. A thoughtful cocktail program is complemented by an extensive wine list. Le French serves Colorado guests in multiple locations, with restaurants in the Denver Tech Center’s Belleview Station and in east Denver’s 9+CO development.     Delicious French onion soup and sausages for starters. Steak frites and moules frites for mains were both good. Crème brûlée was perfect. Service could have been better. We had to ask for cutlery and dishes were cleared slowly.

    The burger and salad was delish and perfectly cooked. The French onion soup and beet salad are out of this world according to my friends.

    Wonderful food, great service! Best French onion soup I've ever had. My friend had the crepes and the creme brulee which were divine.

    Lovely dinner. Started with the fromage plate. Needed more bread. Entrees chosen were salmon, steak and chicken. All delicious. Finished with the crème brûlée. Yum! Service was very slow.
