**LUNCH ONLY MONDAY-FRIDAY STARTING AT 11:30AM- CLOSED SAT/SUN**
We are located in CARMEL, CALIFORNIA, USA. Reservations are only available through OpenTable up to 3 weeks in advance. Intimate indoor dining room can accommodate parties up to 4 guests- Menu changes seasonally- see website for current menu.

Le Soufflé is a fine dining restaurant serving a traditional French soufflé lunch menu. Everything is exclusively prepared by our Executive Chef/Co-Owner creating a very unique and finely crafted dining experience. The wine list offers a selection of wines from exquisite boutique producers in France and are all available by the glass or bottle. Our guests can look forward to an elegant escape when they step into our intimate and luxurious dining room. We are located on Dolores Street, just two blocks off Ocean Avenue in the beautiful village of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Really nice lunch out. Lovely setting and wonder service. It is a three course prix fix menu with two soufflé courses (one savory, one sweet). One regret is I made the mistake of eating breakfast so was not hungry enough to finish everything. Soufflés were delicious. Only serve lunches, wish I could try it for dinner.

I did the lamb holiday take out. We all loved the wonderful flavors . Instruction for reheating were very easy to understand and follow. I can hardly wait to try the ale Soufflé again.

Can’t go wrong at Le Souffle. Great service and professional presentation of lunch. As beautiful as they were tasty. Made for a very Happy Birthday brunch 😊. The limited number of tables makes the experience quite intimate and personal. Highly recommended 😌

Le Soufflé is my favorite restaurant in Carmel by the sea. They make the best soufflés I’ve ever had in my life. They are only open for lunch during the week now. They changed their menu every two or three months, which is nice. They use only the freshest ingredients.

We’ve been coming to Le Soufffle since it opened back in 2020 and never get over the thrill of seeing the soufflés emerge from the kitchen, high, firm and ready to receive the sauce. This is a rare wonderful restaurant where everything is outstanding, consistent and simply magnificent! The menu changes season seasonally - and it is fun to see what their Chef can do. Owner Lisa is a delightful server and has a great ability to find perfect wines at a reasonable price. It is open for lunch only, alas, but is a mandatory stop on The Monterey Peninsula’s restaurant circuit!

Great experience and great soufflés! Small restaurant providing a boutique experience. We enjoyed every single dish on the Prix fixed menu. Excellent service!

Le chef a une maîtrise de cette spécialité à savoir le soufflé. Texture, onctuosité, saveur, on est dans une connaissance très pointue de ses produits. La patronne de ce restaurant est charmante. Un très bon moment passé dans ce petit écrin.
