LingerはRoot Downのシェフ/オーナーのJustin Cucciが2番目にオープンしたレストランで、デンバーのローワーハイランズ地区に位置しています。Lingerの色鮮やかなメニューは、ファーム・トゥー・ストリートをコンセプトにした伝統的な各国のエスニック料理が中心で、再生利用したボックスカーのフロア、楕円形のレンガ、Lite Briteのバーカウンター、デンバーのダウンタウンの素晴らしい景色を望むインフィニティウィンドウなどを取り入れた意図的な矛盾とも呼べるデザインが特徴です。料理、サービス、ストーリーの絶妙な組み合わせがミックステープのように感情を引き出します。Lingerでは料理を改革しようとしているのではありません。もっとシンプルに、お気に入りの曲を聞いた時に感じるような気持ちを引き出せればと願っています。

Overall the experience was good. Service was great. Boa buns and spring roles were a stand out. Some food came out room temp, server was quick to remedy.

Had a great time but we had talked with the hostess about bringing out a little birthday dessert and they never did. Almost said something but the lunch had lasted so long it wasn’t worth it at that point :(

This is our favorite restaurant. We love the food and we always have a great experience. This is the first time I would rate a few things lower even though we overall had a great dinner. The lobster ramen dish was delicious in flavor but we paid $40 for the 2 servings and the portion was extremely small. There were maybe 3 bites of ramen. Even though it was yummy, I would not purchase again because of the tiny portion and expensive price. The second thing that lowers my ratings is the upper dining area seats. We haven’t been sat in the upper dining room for a few years now, but it is looking tired and gross. The seats are fabric and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. My seat had black spots on it. The seats need to be redone with a better fabric that can be wiped down. Additionally, there were mosquitos inside. Other than these two things, the service was on point as always. The drinks and food were delicious. We love that they usually drop by “something from the kitchen”. This time is was a delicious popcorn. Also, added bonus because we were able to pay using gift cards we got at discount from Costco!

Amazing food and drinks! Loud restaurant not really ideal for business. Wait staff made great recommendations and was very attentive! Great place for an adventurous eater!

Been here a few times and the food has always been amazing. Unfortunately last night we had two dishes that were both sub par. One was horribly overcooked and the other was ice cold. Will give them another chance as every place has an off night.
